Radiological report

Taking in account the age, anamnesis and clinical signs of the patient, the most probable disease in the differential diagnosis is rhinitis secondary to penetration of a radiolucent foreign body (e.g. grass awn). Other causes of rhinitis, or even a nasal tumour, are not ruled out, although in this case they are unlikely.
