An osteoproliferative bone lesion with an aggressive appearance is observed in the proximal metaphysis of the humerus, with destruction of the cortex and a relatively narrow zone of transition. Taking into account the patient’s clinical history, this lesion is compatible with bone metastases, primary bone neoplasm or osteomyelitis.
