Radiological report

Radiograph of the cervical spine in lateral projection.

A marked deformation of the body of C7, which has an approximately triangular morphology, is observed. Its craniodorsal margin occupies part of the vertebral canal, which causes an evident narrowing of the diameter of the canal at this location. In addition, ventral spondylosis of C6 and C7 can be seen. A slight subluxation of C5-C6, with slight elevation of C6 in relation to C5, is also observed.
